Conditions for Special Discounted Price
This special discounted and time-limited offer applies to an unlimited number of copies.
This discounted offer can only be applied through this special order form, which must be dispatched to the address of the Lex Lata B.V. Branch Czech Republic by no later than 15 November 2020 for all European customers, except for CIS countries and Turkey, or by no later than 15 December 2020 for all Non-European countries, including all CIS countries and Turkey.
For all orders after the deadlines above, the special time-limited discounted price will not apply. Standard conditions will apply in such case, even for orders placed by way of this particular special order form after the deadlines above. The special discount applies for all types of customers without regard to their status (such as, for instance, academics, libraries, etc.). The Standard Discount Policy as provided at: www.lexlata.pro (see also below the Order form – „Standard and General Discout Policy for Lex Lata B.V. Publications“) therefore does not apply to the special discount, unless the customer placing the order would be entitled to enjoy better price conditions pursuant to the Standard Discount Policy.

Standard and General Discount Policy for Lex Lata B.V. Publications

Discount based on Quantity: Each book exceeding five (5) of any Lex Lata publications (i.e. the sixth publication and more) will accumulate a discount of five per cent (5%) off the total net price (i.e. if ordering 6 books, a 5% discount applies; if ordering 7 books, a 10% discount applies). The maximum standard discount is 50% off the total net price.

Orders received from full-time academics will be discounted by thirty-five per cent (35%) off the total net price. Full-time academics will be understood to be full-time professors and lecturers and full-time students, incl. full-time PhD students and other full-time postgraduates and members of scientific institutions. Students applying for this discount may be requested to provide a valid student I.D. or similar document.

Orders received from libraries (except libraries of business companies and entities) and libraries of non-profit organizations will be discounted by twenty-five per cent (25%) off the total net price. A copy of a certificate of non-profit status may be requested.

Orders received from governmental bodies, courts, international organizations and permanent arbitral institutions will be discounted by fifteen per cent (15%) off the total net price.
All orders from the same customer received within thirty (30) days will be handled for the purposes of discount as one order.

Discounts cannot be added together. This general discounts do not apply if customer apply for special and time limited discounts. If a customer qualifies for more than one type of discount, the most favoured discount will apply.

Special conditions for merchants may be negotiated individually with Lex Lata B.V. or its particular branch.
